{"id":10030,"date":"2025-06-14T16:47:18","date_gmt":"2025-06-14T16:47:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ansts.engy-partners.com\/directory\/\/physiologie-et-biotechnologies-vegetales\/"},"modified":"2025-08-20T14:34:40","modified_gmt":"2025-08-20T14:34:40","slug":"physiologie-et-biotechnologies-vegetales","status":"publish","type":"at_biz_dir","link":"https:\/\/ansts.sn\/en\/directory\/membres\/physiologie-et-biotechnologies-vegetales\/","title":{"rendered":"Physiologie et Biotechnologies v\u00e9g\u00e9tales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Titulaire, en 1986, d\u2019un doctorat de 3\u00e8me cycle  en Physiologie v\u00e9g\u00e9tale de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Pierre &amp; Marie Curie (Paris VI, Jussieu, France) et d\u2019un Doctorat d\u2019\u00e9tat \u00e8s Sciences en Physiologie et  Biotechnologies v\u00e9g\u00e9tales (UCAD\/FST\/BV) en 2006, je suis, depuis 2014, Professeur titulaire (CAMES) de classe exceptionnelle (2021) en Physiologie et Biotechnologies v\u00e9g\u00e9tales au sein du d\u00e9partement de Biologie v\u00e9g\u00e9tale (BV) de la Facult\u00e9 des Sciences et Techniques (FST) de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar (UCAD). Mes charges p\u00e9dagogiques, depuis mon recrutement   \u00e0   l\u2019UCAD   en   1987,   regroupent   les   disciplines   de   la   Biologie   cellulaire,   la Physiologie v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et les Biotechnologies v\u00e9g\u00e9tales (Cours, TD et TP). Je coordonne en m\u00eame temps, depuis 2019, le master en Biotechnologies v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et microbiennes (BIOVEM) au sein du d\u00e9partement de Biologie v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.Je suis \u00e9galement responsable du Laboratoire Campus de Biotechnologies V\u00e9g\u00e9tales (LCBV : 2008-2023)   devenu   aussi   Laboratoire   National   de   Bios\u00e9curit\u00e9   (LNB) en   2012   dans   le D\u00e9partement de Biologie v\u00e9g\u00e9tale (FST, UCAD). Les axes de recherche que j\u2019ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s couvrent   aussi   bien   la   physiologie   du   d\u00e9veloppement   que   les   biotechnologies   v\u00e9g\u00e9tales classiques et modernes (Physiologie de la maturation des fruits et l\u00e9gumes apr\u00e8s r\u00e9colte et au cours   de   leur   conservation,   culture  in   vitro,   identification   de   marqueurs   mol\u00e9culaires, transg\u00e9n\u00e8se v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, bios\u00e9curit\u00e9). J\u2019ai eu \u00e0 encadrer et former \u00e0 la recherche 31 \u00e9tudiants en Licence, master et doctorat ainsi qu\u2019un (1) stagiaire nig\u00e9rien form\u00e9 aux techniques de culture in vitro. Mes travaux de recherche ont fait l\u2019objet de publications scientifiques dans des revues index\u00e9es, \u00e0 comit\u00e9 de lecture et\/ou \u00e0 facteur d\u2019impact (45), de chapitres d\u2019ouvrages (19) et de communications orales (60) ou affich\u00e9es (38)  pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans des congr\u00e8s internationaux, r\u00e9gionaux ou nationaux.  L\u2019opportunit\u00e9 m\u2019a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 offerte de produire des  articles de vulgarisation et fiches techniques (10) ainsi que des rapports d\u2019activit\u00e9 scientifique (18). En tant que chercheur, j\u2019ai eu \u00e0 organiser (5) \u00e9v\u00e8nements scientifiques, \u00e0 participer \u00e0 plusieurs comit\u00e9s scientifiques (36) et manifestations scientifiques internationales (85) ou nationales (100).Mon expertise en Biologie v\u00e9g\u00e9tale m\u2019a valu d\u2019\u00eatre choisie pour participer \u00e0 plusieurs comit\u00e9s de   recrutement   de   Personnel   d\u2019enseignement   et   de   recherche   (PER)   pour   le   compte d\u2019Universit\u00e9s telles l\u2019UGB, USSEIN et UCAD.Sur   le   plan   national   et   international,   mes   comp\u00e9tences   et   expertise   en   Physiologie   et Biotechnologies v\u00e9g\u00e9tales m\u2019ont permis d\u2019\u00eatre membre du conseil scientifique et p\u00e9dagogique (CSP) de l&rsquo;Ecole doctorale \u00ab Sciences de la Vie, de la Sant\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;Environnement (ED-SEV\u00bb de l&rsquo;UCAD   depuis   2008.   j\u2019ai   port\u00e9   sur   les   fonts   baptismaux   et   dirig\u00e9   l\u2019UFR   des   Sciences Agronomiques,   d\u2019Aquaculture   et   de   Technologies   Alimentaires   (S2ATA)   de   l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Gaston Berger \u00e0 Saint Louis du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal (2010-2011). Dans le cadre du LMI-LAPSE, je suis membre et responsable de la Plateforme de g\u00e9nomique fonctionnelle (2012- pr\u00e9sent). J\u2019ai \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du Conseil scientifique de l&rsquo;IRD (Marseille, France) et expert nomm\u00e9 pour le comit\u00e9 de recrutement des charg\u00e9s de recherche de cette institution.  J\u2019ai aussi eu le privil\u00e8ge d\u2019\u00eatre nomm\u00e9e expert scientifique pour le suivi de projets FSP (Fonds de Solidarit\u00e9 Prioritaires   (MAEDI,   France)   ou   de   r\u00e9seaux   de   recherche   financ\u00e9s   dans   les   programmes CORUS, AIRES-Sud et PARRAF. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9galement membre et expert de  plusieurs autres comit\u00e9s et r\u00e9seaux scientifiques (BIOVEG-AUF, CD BIOVEGAGRO-AUF, SIST-BVB, l\u2019AIEA PRB-<br \/>\nUEMOA, CILSS, CNCA,  AUA,   Comit\u00e9   scientifique de l\u2019UCAD,  Comit\u00e9   de   pilotage du COMSATS, CCSI du CEA-AGRISAN, etc.). Au sein de l\u2019Agence universitaire de la francophonie du Bureau Afrique de l\u2019Ouest (AUF-BAO), j\u2019ai eu \u00e0 exercer la fonction de coordonnatrice r\u00e9gionale des projets (2015-2017). En qualit\u00e9 de Biotechnologue, j\u2019ai \u00e9galement eu \u00e0 accomplir des missions d\u2019appui, d\u2019expertise et\/ou   de   consultance   dans   la   sous\u2013r\u00e9gion   ouest   africaine   pour   le   compte   d\u2019organismes internationaux   comme   l\u2019USAID   (Kindia,   Guin\u00e9e),   l\u2019ICRAF   (Bamako,   Mali),   le   CORAF (S\u00e9n\u00e9gal) et l\u2019AIEA (Niamey, Niger et Brazzaville, Congo), etc. j\u2019ai aussi particip\u00e9 au conseil scientifique de l\u2019IFS (International Foundation for Science) bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Stockholm (Su\u00e8de) en qualit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9valuateur de projets de recherche dans les domaines de la Physiologie v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, Biologie Mol\u00e9culaire &amp; Biotechnologies v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. J\u2019ai \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e9galement des publications scientifiques en rapport avec la Physiologie et les Biotechnologies v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, pour le journal \u00ab IAPTC &amp; B : International Association for Plant Tissue Culture &amp; Biotechnology \u00bb.
